Pamela Seraskeris is a Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy, and qualifications in adult education and training. She has worked as a counsellor, clinical supervisor, manager, educator and program developer. Pamela is an accomplished and dedicated therapist committed to her profession and highly regarded in her field.
She works with individuals, couples and families presenting with a broad range of issues from everyday life concerns, relationship problems to mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. Committed to providing the highest standard of care and understanding, Pamela provides her clients a safe, respectful and confidential space to explore problems and achieve solutions.
Pamela has extensive experience in the areas of relationship distress, family conflict and breakdown, grief and loss, trauma, separation and divorce, parenting, anger issues, adjustment and coping, emotional issues, post separation parenting, stress management and work related issues.
Having worked with a diverse client group, Pamela is able to meet the therapeutic needs of a wide range of people. Her experience includes facilitating workshops for parents, children and adults in mental health, resilience and positive parenting, working with men, veterans and their families, and providing corporate counselling and coaching.
Pamela has managed employee assistance programs within large organisations, providing mental health and psychological services to managers, employees and their families. She has a strong interest in the relationship between work and wellbeing, and has been involved in the development and implementation of mental health and wellbeing programs across a range of public and private sectors.
During the past several years, Pamela has established a successful private practice providing therapy services, clinical supervision and training in couple and family therapy to social workers, psychologists, counsellors and other allied health professionals.
